Blue Coats Make 2021 Competitive Debut, First in Two Years

Last night the Blue Coat Regiment Marching Band performed at their first competition since the 2019 season. Competing in Class 3A, the band was one of 12 bands at the East Lake High School Classic, a sanctioned Florida Marching Band Championships regional competition. 

The Blue Coats ended up placing first in class and 6th overall with a score of 70.30—a strong start to the year! The band will compete next at their second FMBC regional, the Braden River High School Braden River Invitational in just one week on October 23.
