Blue Coats Medal at Braden River

For their second competitive performance of the 2021 season, the Blue Coat Regiment took home third overall at the Florida Marching Band Championships regional at Braden River High School, the Braden River Invitational. 

Competing in Class 3A, the Blue Coats went up against three other bands in their class and 11 other bands overall. The band earned a score of 73.60, which also earned them first in class and best in class for music, visual, general effect, color guard and percussion. 

The performance at Braden River marks the final scored performance of the season for the Blue Coats until the FMBC State Championships on November 21. November 6 the band will perform for evaluation at the annual Florida Bandmasters Association Marching Music Performance Assessment, and on November 13 they will give a special exhibition performance at their own regional, The March.
