Student leadership is a bedrock principle of the Band Program and a critical contributing factor to our success. Student leaders have instructional, operational and onboarding responsibilities. Our leaders focus not only on teaching and assisting students, they also ensure everyone is supported by following proper policy and procedures, and in maintaining uniforms and equipment—all while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for every student. The Band Program prides itself on empowering its students as leaders to help facilitate the transformative educational experience that our students and families have come to expect.
